CANCELLATION POLICY
"You May Delay, But Time Will Not."
When scheduling an appointment, you consent to abide by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, which necessitates storing your credit card information.
According to this policy, we require you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 25% of the service fee, which will be applied to your next appointment.
Please be aware that if you do not call to cancel or reschedule and fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. There are no exceptions to this rule.
